Our clients purchased this 70’s back split as their first home. Originally a 3 bedroom home, we turned the mid-storey family room into a private master suite to create 4 bedrooms in total, a large open concept kitchen and dining and family room for entertaining on the main floor and a new entryway with loads of storage and closets on the side of the home for closer access to the garage.
