Design + Remodel

This 860sf condo had a good general layout with room for improvement in key areas. By enlarging the footprint of the kitchen, we were able to make room for a full breakfast island with increased counter space and storage. A partition wall enclosing the den at the entryway was removed and framed in frosted glass instead to give a more spacious feeling upon entering the unit, while maintaining privacy. Within the new open concept den, we replaced another wall with hinged doors with a sliding barn door in front of the stacked washer dryer for improved design and accessibility. 

Deep wood tones for cabinetry and cladding blended with contemporary moulding design and a deep colour palette to create a masculine, boutique hotel vibe that our clients wanted.
